The Story Behind the 17-Minute Workouts

The 17-minute workout was designed in 2011 after a private client kept canceling his one-hour training sessions during tax season. The solution? An effective, efficient workout that was short, strong, and functional. His sessions went from 60 minutes to 20 — with the same results.

The RESET Method implements the AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) theory — repetition during a specific time interval rather than counting reps. This creates a self-strengthening approach where everyone works at their own pace.
