STEP #1: Select the body part you want to focus on today

STEP #2: Choose your target area (If not selected, all relevant exercises will result)

STEP #3: Select Equipment (If not selected, all relevant exercises will result)

STEP #4: Choose the first exercise you want to do. You can PREVIEW an exercise by clicking on it, before adding it. Once you find the exercise(s) you want for this body area Click "Add To Workout"

STEP #5: Choose another exercise from the results, or

STEP #6: Return to Step #1; Click on the "Return to Step #1" button below and choose another body part, target area, etc. Repeat to select a minimum of 4 exercises. NOTE: 4 exercises is the required minimum to START WORKOUT. You may select up to 6 for a more advanced workout plan.

STEP #7: Choose the number of sets. 4X sets is the minimum, but you can repeat your circuit up to 6X times for a more advanced workout plan.

STEP #8: Click START WORKOUT and start living your best life!
