1 bag Sea Salt & Olive Oil Sweet PotaTOASTS
Vegan Burger (or burger of choice)
Red tomato sliced (optional)
red onion, sliced (optional)
bacon, cooked (optional)
mustard to taste
ketchup to taste
side salad of your choice
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat on a large burner.
Place the CAULIPOWER Sea Salt & Olive Oil Sweet PotaTOASTS in a single layer in the pan and let cook undisturbed for several minutes, until you hear them sizzling and grill marks form underneath.
Flip over the Sweet PotaTOASTS to grill the other side for a few minutes, then transfer to a plate.

Let cook, undisturbed, for 3-5 minutes, until starting to brown underneath.
While the patties are cooking, slice your garnishes and prepare your side salad.
Flip the patties and continue cooking until the internal temperature is 165.
Assemble your burger using two Sweet PotaTOASTS as the bun, loaded with a patty and all of the fixings!
