Many, or most of you might have thought you need to pool at your financial portfolio when asked this question. As a health coach, it is my belief that there is ONE investment that overpowers EVERY thing in our lives. Without this, all else is superficial and lacking. So if you guessed your financial portfolio, it is not the #1 thing I personally look at for myself. Don’t misunderstand me, I love all the good things I can do, as a result of my successes for my family and for those who don’t have financial means to hire a health coach, by providing challenges and trending health information to help support their physical, emotional and spiritual wellness, at no cost. But this didn’t come without my own self growth and hitting ROCK BOTTOM.
What does rock bottom look like?
I’ll leave the STORY of my rock bottom for another post. It seems like a lifetime ago. The lessons I’ve learned. Most of life’s lessons are learned from pains. Without these pains there is not change or growth. Whether you experience them personally or support someone going through a difficult time, I must share, my complete gratitude for all of my experiences — health challenges and life challenges that molded me into the human spirit that Iam today. Rock bottom is desolate. Quiet. Lonely. Fearful.
When we are at rock bottom there comes a time when we must decide — NOW I WILL CLIMB! When you are ready to climb, that is the time to call upon a coach. When you are ready to challenge the very fundamental daily habits you now employ and want to feel better from the inside or look better on the outside (or both) for life or health, engage with someone who has been there. Someone who can simplify your path and help you to expand your being. Make the most important investment, an intrinsic look at self.
