IS LOW FAT SALAD DRESSING BETTER THAN REGULAR?

Salad dressing can be high in sodium and  sugar and contain unwanted ingredients, like preservatives and artificial flavors. When they take out the fat they add in sodium, sugar and other “flavors”. Why not make your  own, in just five minutes?  To  make a healthy homemade vinaigrette, use orange and  lime juices and fresh cilantro as well as heart- healthy  olive oil.
