Spinach Cream

 ½ cup Broccoli Florettes
 ½ Zucchini
 2 cups spinach
 2 celery sticks
 3 cups Vegetable broth
 Himalayan salt
 Fresh pepper

Chop all veggies into small pieces. Add to a saucepan with the vegetable broth. Bring them to a boil over medium heat until the veggies are soft (about 10 mins). Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Blend until creamy and smooth.
