Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees.
Remove the stems from kale, wash and dry well. Put the kale in a zip lock bag adding the oil and salt. Mix well so every piece gets covered.
Put the kale on a baking sheet extend and flatten the leaves. Bake for 12 minutes, remove from the oven. Add add and pepper if needed.
