Gluten-Free, Decadent Brownies with Sweet Potatoes

Do you like to bake? My girls and I bake all the time. I love sharing healthy alternative recipes that truly set the taste buds on high. OMGoodness, this Sweet Potato Brownie recipe is super easy to prepare, super delicious and bursting with nutrition. Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene). They are also a very good source of vitamin C, manganese, copper, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6. Additionally, they are a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and phosphorus.***Warning: Cut into portions or you’ll eat the whole pan.
