STRAWBERRY-NANA BLISS 

1 cup coconut water or almond milk 

1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1⁄2 avocado or 1⁄2 banana 

1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

1 Tablespoon chia seeds 

Pinch of cinnamon
Stevia or 2 teaspoons raw honey to sweeten 

Ice (optional)
