1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1⁄2 avocado or 1⁄2 banana
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
Pinch of cinnamon
Stevia or 2 teaspoons raw honey to sweeten
Ice (optional)
STRAWBERRY-NANA BLISS
Avocado health benefits are extensive and include:
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 Tablespoon flax meal or chia seeds
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1 banana
1 cup of spinach
1 Tablespoon of almond butter Stevia to taste (optional)

NUTTY GINGERBREAD COOKIE
