Banana Oatmeal Blender Pancakes

These only take a minute to make in the blender, and they are free of flour, sugar and eggs!

Makes approximately 9 4-5 inch pancakes.


  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Optional: Add Blueberries or any other berries you love

Prep It!

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process for about one minute until completely blended.

Let sit for 1-2 minutes while you heat up your pan.

Ladle batter onto heated griddle or pan.

Cook until bubbles form in the top, and flip to finish cooking.

Keep warm in a 200 degree oven while you finish cooking the batter.


NOTE: These These Bananaa Oatmeal Panckaes are great to freeze and then defrost in the microwave or oven. All

great as a “make ahead”  when you expect company.



Top with your favorite non-dairy frozen treat or make our Banana Ice cream Dessert. There won’t be a drop left

in the bowl.
