I was so tired I found it hard to get out of bed, I had to stop my fitness shows and my life was significantly affected. I also felt my mood change. I was depressed. The problem (CAUSE) might possibly be that your Adrenals are fatigued, just like mine— gotta catch it early, but if you have been dealing with it for a long time, you’ll learn things the doctors don’t tell you on this call! Here’s a YUMMY recipe to help balance out your hormones!  There will be more information shared, so come on time and bring your pen, notebook and water with lemon 🙂
Hormone Balancing Maca Power Smoothie or Bowl
Serves: 1
  • 1 Cup of Milk, Coconut Milk (good fats for hormones)
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 2∕3 cup frozen berries (any kind or combo)
  • 1∕4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (rev up that Metabolism)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of  Maca Powder (Hormone Superfood balancer)
  • 1 Teaspoon of  Camu Camu Powder (Adrenals crave Vitamin C)
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth & enjoy!
Make it a bowl:
Use all frozen fruit or add half cup of ice to ingredients above.
Top off with:  Shredded coconut, Berries, sliced banana
