How would you rate your 2022? Iam not sure I have a number on a scale of one to ten, there were SO many ups and downs, if we’re being honest. I will say this, 2022 was a tremendous, that deserves a proper wrap up as it was filled with lots of memories, adventures and learning moments created around my loving family, dear friends and blessed by my clients (who also become family) who said, “YES” to themselves and are now the healthier, stronger, and more confident person their younger self always wanted to be.
Iam beyond blessed at the amazing collaborations with companies and trainers who are loving the powHERbands™️ and helping to spread the word about resistance training and using them with their workouts.
I was hard at work 4QTR and am so humbled by the amount of interest in pursuing collaborations and joint ventures in 2023.

☹️It was a sad year realizing my mother has dementia, and it’s taken a good part of the year to truly get her settled and feeling safe. I couldn’t have done it alone- THANK GOD for my 2 brothers, their wives and my biggest supporters, my 3 daughters. Sending hearts & prayers out to all who have navigated this path with a loved one.
Resistance is a real thing. Most of us, including me find comfort even in areas that don’t serve us, because it’s a known pattern. It’s what most live with, hide under and fear the most.
😊I am proud of myself for FINALLY stepping into my self-made fear flame and squelching it… it was easy, it took a decades to realize what I was doing and then another decade to TRULY BELIEVE IN MYSELF and now, I feel free. And I want that for you too!!
Oh, I still have a LOT to learn, more to grow and things to shed, but hey, that’s the beauty of the journey!
Welcoming in 2023 with peace, a new found inner love, greater Joy for God.
I feel grateful. Deep gratitude for all of the lessons that have guided my journey this for. Each course correction isn’t failure, it’s feedback in action!
I feel rich. Not because of money, but because of God, my loves, and mindset.
